RETURN POLICY

At I AM VERONIKA, we accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, items must:

• Be returned within 3 to 7 days after delivery
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unmodified
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be in perfect condition

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible:

• Worn or damaged items
• Washed products
• Products without original tags
• Final sale or exclusive drops
• International/custom orders

Exchange Policy

If the product does not fit correctly or if there is a size issue, we offer an exchange only.

No refunds will be issued for sizing problems or personal preference.

Shipping & Processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility.
